How long it takes, and how it gets to you.

1. You order. We email you a short questionnaire about your child.
2. You send your answers. Previews usually reach you within one business day.
3. We shape it together. Three rounds of changes. Nothing is printed until you approve every page.
4. We print and check it. The book is printed to us first. We open it, check every page, and post it to you. Three to four weeks to make and check.
5. It arrives. A few days in the post. We email you when it’s on its way.

The time it takes you to answer the questionnaire and approve the pages adds to the total. We can’t rush the printing.

For Christmas, order by November 20 and send your answers within two days. After that we’ll still make the book, but we can’t promise it arrives before Christmas.

United States addresses only, for now. Shipping is free: the $99 price covers it. Sales tax is added at checkout where the law requires it.

If we can’t ship by the time we told you, we’ll email you before that date with a new one, and you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Send us a photo of the damage, or tell us if it hasn’t turned up a week after we said it was on its way. We’ll print and post a new copy at no cost. More on the refunds page.
