Every book is made for one child, so here is exactly when you can change your mind.

Changed your mind before you’ve sent us the questionnaire? Cancel for a full refund, no reason needed.

Once we’ve started on your answers, the book is being written and drawn only for your child. You get three rounds of changes, and nothing is printed until you approve every page. If something still isn’t right after that, write to us and we’ll work it out with you.

A printed book has your child’s name and story in it, so we can’t take it back or resell it. But if it arrives damaged, has a printing fault (smudged, cut wrong, pages missing), or has a mistake on a page that differs from what you approved, send us a photo and we’ll print and post a new copy free.

If it hasn’t arrived a week after we said it was on its way, tell us and we’ll track it down or send another.

If we can’t ship by the date we gave you, you can cancel for a full refund. See shipping & timing.

Back to the card or wallet you paid with. We send it the day we agree it; your bank usually shows it within 5–10 business days. If you ordered on Etsy, the refund goes through Etsy instead.
